Fee Only Professional Compensation

Fouts Financial Group employs a fee only professional compensation arrangement.  Mary's Expert Witness and Advisory Services are billed to the client on a time and material basis, based on Mary’s hourly rates and reimbursable expenses, subject to any current minimum fee for the respective service.  Mary does not accept commission, contingency, or referral fee compensation.

Billings are presented to the client on a monthly basis; payment in full is due within thirty days.  A retainer payment, based on project scope and applied to initial billings, is generally required before Mary begins work on a project.
